Delivery Procedures
How Our Delivery
System Works!
When you place your first order with Water Boy, we will deliver
a minimum of 3 bottles to your home or office along with a
water cooler or dispenser if needed. Payment must be made
with cash, check, or credit card before or upon your first
delivery, unless a credit application is submitted and billing
is approved.
After you have received your delivery
and begin enjoying the great taste of Water Boy Natural Spring
Water, we kindly request that you call us the day that you
put your LAST FULL BOTTLE on your cooler. Your call will ensure
that you don't run out of water before we can make a delivery.
Please allow 48 hours for delivery.

anytime day or night, 7 days a week and if it is not during
our normal working hours, please leave a message with your
name or company name, address and phone number. For next delivery
day, account balances, last payment, etc., please call our
automated account information number: 1-888-426-8383 (24/7).
After the second or third delivery,
we can assess how fast you are drinking your water and recommend
a regular delivery schedule for your convenience. Although
we require a minimum delivery of 3 bottles, your delivery
schedule will suit your needs. Options are available for 2-Week,
Monthly, or Bi-monthly schedules. Please remember that you
are not required to be on a delivery schedule nor will you
be forced to take 3 bottles a week or month. Just call when
you have 1 full bottle remaining and be prepared to receive
a minimum of 3 bottles.
Why
do I keep running out of water before the deliveryman comes?
It is important to understand that we cannot forecast
your consumption of Spring Water. After a few water deliveries,
we can approximate your consumption and place you on a regular
delivery schedule. If, let us know if your consumption increases
and you need water before your scheduled date and we will
accommodate your request within 48 hours. Don’t run
dry - remember to call when you have one full bottle remaining!
If your consumption increase becomes common, we can increase
your delivery quantity or deliver your water more frequently.
If you anticipate needing more water for a party or guests,
please let us know as soon as possible.
