This stuff has great flavor and plenty of electrolytes that you can clearly also taste. This stuff keeps me from cramping up. I work outside in the sun and heat in coveralls and full PPE in Houston, TX. This stuff works great!

Dealer’s choice. For a more bold, salty flavor, mix Waterboy Daily with 8 oz. of water; for a lighter, breezier taste, mix Waterboy with 12 oz. of water.

Do you use any artificial sweeteners?

We like fake ingredients as much as we like fake friends, so, no. We use a small dose of organic stevia to sweeten our product—because it’s natural and linked to benefits like lowering blood sugar levels. Sorry we’re such good people.

Does it have caffeine?

Does a pope sh*t in the woods? (No. The answer is no.) Our products are proudly caffeine free.

    Love the watermelon

    So I’ll try to make this short and sweet. My daughter was in the HS production of Mean Girls. I put my stash of Waterboy on the table for them to take and all but 2 went! A bunch of the kids were fighting colds and to preform a musical they cannot be sick and dehydrated. They loved them! I wished I had more to share. Maybe we need to get these “Hydrate” packs in the school snack shops! I’m sure they’d fly off the shelf!

    We love them, the teens love them and anyone I’ve shared them with loves them!

    Great for daily health

    I’ve been enjoying one pack a day in my ice cold water. It’s great for gut health and mental health. I went from drinking coffee in morning to drinking a water boy daily hydration. My brain fog is gone and my gut isn’t having that harsh feeling anymore. Well recommend trying this. Also weekend recovery works wonders.
