How much water do I mix it with?

Dealer’s choice. For a more bold, salty flavor, mix Waterboy with 16 oz. of water; for a lighter, breezier taste, mix Waterboy with 32 oz. of water.

When do I take it?

Our product is intended to help you recover and replenish the next morning after a night out. We are working on a better night of product, but for now recommend taking one the night of (ideally during drinking) and one the next morning.

    What hangover?!

    I have tried other liquid hydrations and none of them did the job! I ordered Waterboy with no high expectations and to my surprise they really helped bounce me back to life, I’m not a fan of overly sweetened drinks, the flavor is perfect! The lemon ginger has a nice little kick of spice which I love, I recently tried the strawberry lemonade and it did not disappoint. I drink one before bed after night of partying and one as a soon as I wake up, usually the one before bed is enough to do the trick. I really love the new packaging too the packs are slimmer and easier for me to fit in my small purse or clutch when being out. Honestly on my party days/nights I never leave the house without my Waterboy! Can’t wait to try the other flavors!

    Complete hydration

    I’ve used this a few days that didn’t include alcohol & I have felt so much better afterwards! My energy is increased & brain fog lessens. I also low that it fits my low carb lifestyle. My only wish is that the price was more affordable.

    The go-to for rehydration!

    Water Boy is the answer you are looking for!

    A night out, before/after a hard workout, a day in the sunshine, playing sports, and even motion sickness.

    It tastes great and it helps with that stomach-flipping feeling.

    Our baseball team used this in Arizona for the last two weeks for 2 weeks of baseball tournaments- we had Pedialyte, Liquid IV, LMNT, and Water Boy available for the guys. Water Boy ran out first!
