How much water do I mix it with?

Dealer’s choice. For a more bold, salty flavor, mix Waterboy with 16 oz. of water; for a lighter, breezier taste, mix Waterboy with 32 oz. of water.

When do I take it?

Our product is intended to help you recover and replenish the next morning after a night out. We are working on a better night of product, but for now recommend taking one the night of (ideally during drinking) and one the next morning.

    Where have you been all my life?

    I don’t normally wish I was younger, but if I could have discovered this product as a young 20 something…. I truly feel dramatically better “the next day” with these. I buy both athletic and we recovery, and keep them well stocked with the other pantry staples.

    Feel Better!

    Looks beautiful in a glass, makes me feel like I have more energy and less drained. A little too salty so I added cranberry juice after the first few sips.

    The drunk ski bunny skis another day.

    I live in a ski town in Colorado. It’s nearly impossible to keep up with all of the activities (most importantly apreś) and stay hydrated. The hangovers are no joke and waterboy has saved the day for me so many times! I’d be hurling off of ski lifts and cramping up after a one run until I started drinking these bad boys in the morning. Fruit punch is my favorite flavor so far!

    Seems to work for me!

    I drink one before I go to bed and sometimes drink one when I wake up depending on how much I drank the night before. But it seems to work great for me 😊
