How much water do I mix it with?

    The strawberry lemonade is so good and does not make your water think like other hydration multipliers are which is amazing! I mix my packet in my owala full of water and that is perfect for me!     I'll definitely be buying more!

    I'm one of those people who get VERY hungover. My body just does not handle dehydration well at all. I took theae on vacation with me to aruba and made it a point to have one before going out and during/after or before bed and I really do think it helped. I didn't have any days where I just could not hang lol I also am a big fan of the ginger lemon flavor, though they all were good honestly.

    Sooo good

    I’ve been swearing by liquid IV for a long time and I’m here to say that this taste even better and it’s amazing that it doesn’t have any sugar. On top of that it’s got more electrolytes. Just a win-win.
